Assessment week.07-11 of sep 2009
Mon:We wrote an assessment of basic electronics and also practicals.
Tues:We wrote Understand basic electronic theory and components and did practicals
Wens:Operate on Low Voltage networks and went out and did the practricals around the farm.

tues,thru pratical training
Tues:Started in the morning by pulling the telkom copper cable to the secured place in the farm and continue after lunch by digging a hole to get way of the cable.
Thru:Electrical maintainance on the farm where we had to change the two energy saver glopes at piccinini and reception.

wensday & thursday practical work
Wensday:We worked at segwale to do safety because there were live power cable hanging on a tree ,so we had to switch off the power and disconnect the cable so that we can put it undergroud.
We started digging a trench for the power cable for about 20m and cover it with sand for the safety of people staying in the place.
Thursday:We start the morning by going to Piccinini to lay and secure the telephone lines that was coming from the ground to the roof of piccinini,what we had to do was to use the pvc conduit and bend it to the required bend to the roof of piccinini and at the end we used the glue gun to secure the cable on the roof.
2nd of the day:Went to segwale to put in a socket outlet in the house to decrease the use of multi plug in the house,we use a drill to drill the holes for the socket outlet and connected it at the circuit of the house.
